For Danielle, making jams brings back fond childhood memories of sitting at the table with her family in the Côte d'Azur of Nice, France. That's why with each sealed jar she is hoping to spread the same kind of warmth achieved only by creating sweat memories at home.

She's perfected each flavor and texture through pure love for the craft. Her hope is that her jams will be savored and shared amongst family and friends around the world.

I can remember the smell of my mom's kitchen as she was making her jams by just closing my eyes. My father would say, "Danou, à table (to the table). Simy made your favorite breakfast; bread, butter and jam."
